FAQs

Can I use this tool for rooms-only bookings? 
These are customizable and easily usable for event space bookings as well as rooms-only bookings.

I think I have an extenuating circumstance that would qualify me to opt-out. Who should I contact?
If you have a unique business case, please contact your regional director or AVP for any exceptions. If accepted, please forward your exemption to Deanna Zuber-Galloway, deanna.zuber-galloway@hyatt.com. 

When does training start?
Training will start for the Americas on January 13, 2026. More communication to follow. 

How can I pay?
We accept credit card, bank debit/ACH, check and wire transfer. 

What is Color-Coded Floor Plan Generator?
Color-Coded Floor Plan Generator is an exciting new add-on to Hyatt Digital Proposal that allows you to showcase the recommended meeting space to a prospect for their event.
