How does generative AI work within Hyatt Digital Proposal?

Generative AI is built directly into Hyatt Digital Proposal. Using booking details from Envision, it automatically creates tailored proposal copy, selects relevant property imagery, and curates local points of interest.

How do the primary use cases differ among the three products?

Each tool supports a specific phase of the customer journey:

Hyatt Digital Proposal: Used during the initial sales phase to quickly issue quotes and win prospective business.

Event Experience Guide (EEG): Used during the planning phase to coordinate menus, logistics, and vendor details with confirmed event planners.

Hyatt Wedding Guide (HWG): Supports both the sales and planning phases by helping couples envision their wedding during the inquiry process and manage details through event execution.

Does the Color-Coded Floor Plan Generator replace my current diagramming tool?

No. The Color-Coded Floor Plan Generator provides a bird’s-eye view of the hotel spaces recommended for a proposed event directly within the proposal.

It gives clients clear, high-level visual context during the sales phase. It is not intended to replace precise, full-scale event design, diagramming, or seating software.

Does Hyatt Digital Proposal replace my current contracting tool?

No. Hyatt Digital Proposal is a proposal tool and does not replace the contracting platform your property currently uses.

Does Hyatt Digital Proposal support alternative dates?

Yes. Hyatt Digital Proposal integrates with Envision. Any alternative dates selected in Envision will automatically carry over to the proposal.

How long does it take to launch each tool?

As these are self-service products, each hotel is responsible for managing its own buildout timeline and ensuring the appropriate resources are in place to complete the setup. We recommend building a small internal team and assigning a dedicated product champion to help coordinate the build, gather content and assets and keep the project moving forward.

Below is a recommended timeline based on the resources typically needed for each product. These timelines are intended as a general guide and may vary based on the hotel's available resources, content and number of assets.

Event Experience Guide (EEG) & Hyatt Wedding Guide (HWG):
- Assemble Team & Collect Assets: 1 week
- Copy & Imagery Upload: 1 week
- Menu Buildout: 2 weeks
- Final QA: 1 week
- Recommended timeline: approximately 5 weeks

Hyatt Digital Proposal:
- Website Audit & Pre-Work Content Upload: approximately 1 week

Our team will provide supporting materials and on-demand training resources to help your team get started. We also host recurring office hours where your team can ask questions and receive additional support throughout the buildout process.
